He is currently working with MHCLG as an Architectural and Built Environment Advisor. Andy has a passion for place making, design excellence, sustainability and community engagement, evident from his previous work in regeneration, new settlements and residential design for which he has been associated with many awards.

Jack has worked for Barratt Developments for three years. Jack’s role is to embed the usage of Modern Methods of Construction and to deliver Group Standard Specifications. Jack is responsible for the successful implementation of Roofspace I- House system and also supports the use of other MMC systems being utilised by Barratt Developments. Jack has over 11 years’ experience working closely with UK leading Housebuilders in construction efficiency and MMC starting his career at BRE where he spent his first 5 years.
