Adam joined JLL as Head of UK Residential Research in January 2013. He holds an MSc Urban Regeneration from the Bartlett, University College London and a BA Economics from Western University (London, Canada). His experience spans more than a decade of property research in the UK and Canada, working with both public and private sector clients on residential development and investment opportunities. Adam is the author of numerous reports on market-facing issues and is a regular presenter and market commentator in UK and international media. He is also Chairman of the London Fundraising Committee for Shelterbox, a global disaster response charity.
Speaking on day two of 2020 Offsite Housing Adam will be looking at the existing challenges to scaling the UK’s advanced manufacturing sector for housing and suggesting solutions for the industry and Government to help make this happen. He will also discuss the reasons why this is important and some of the indirect benefits to UK society that come with a more robust advanced manufacturing housing supply chain.
